Part of our unique proposition is that in using our facilities, you become part of the biggest regeneration project in Europe today. Being at the heart of the regeneration area that is the Thames Gateway, we have an ethical policy: we are passionate about providing solutions for the needs of both the local community, industry and business.

Observations
Are there sufficient provisions for expected climate change? Should we settle for housing schemes similar to those currently in Thamesmead which result in fragmented communities? Where are the provisions for placing secure, relaxing park areas and nice squares within communities like the legacy bequest to us by the Victorians? What about bold landmarks and iconic buildings?
Will the people who eventually live in the Thames Basin have a full say in their environment including infra-structure and housing quality?
Do we really want more towns like those built after the last war where the criteria was simply to provide urgent budget housing?
Will this opportunity in providing much needed housing overide the provision of cultural amenities to encourage tourists and make the Thames Gateway a proud part of the new Europe?
